Welcome to Alter New Media LLC. You agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions by engaging in our services. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Alter New Media LLC provides digital marketing, branding, public relations, and related services. Services are customized to each client, and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as media placements, revenue growth, or audience expansion. Clients must provide all necessary information and approvals for services to proceed effectively.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise stated in a contractual agreement.
• Accepted Payment Methods include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Klarna, PayPal, ACH bank transfers, Stripe, and QuickBooks Payments.
• By making a payment via Stripe payment link, Stripe invoice, or Intuit QuickBooks invoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional terms outlined in a duly signed agreement, if applicable.
• Late payments may incur penalties, including service suspension or termination.
• Non-refundable deposits may apply to certain services.
• Currency: Unless otherwise specified, all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD $).

3. Service Pricing & Modifications

Alter New Media LLC reserves the right to modify service pricing at anytime. However, any pricing changes will not affect existing subscription arrangements or contractual agreements until they are renewed. Clients will be notified of price adjustments, and no charges will be applied without prior mutual agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely approvals, materials, and feedback.
• Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines, and Alter New Media LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines due to the client’s non-responsiveness.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Alter New Media LLC does not provide refunds for any services unless explicitly required by law. Due to the nature of our work—which involves customized strategies, proprietary methodologies, and substantial time investment—all payments made to Alter New Media LLC are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.

Publicist in a Box (PIAB)

• If no media placement is secured within 60 days from the date of purchase, the client is eligible for a full refund.
• This guarantee does not apply to specific media outlet requests unless such placement is explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to campaign initiation.
• In the event an agreed-upon media outlet cannot be secured, Alter New Media LLC will offer a comparable alternative placement. No refund will be issued if a suitable replacement is provided and agreed upon in writing.

• This service is billed on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after billing has occurred.
• The media placement guarantee applies to each 60-day cycle from the initial subscription start date. It does not roll over.

• These are one-time campaigns that include targeted media outreach and may include press release distribution.
• The media placement guarantee applies as stated above.
• No refunds are granted for cancellations after purchase unless the placement guarantee terms are not met.

• Press releases written and/or distributed by Alter New Media LLC are final and non-refundable upon delivery.
• These services do not include a media placement guarantee unless bundled as part of a PIAB campaign.

Done-For-You (DFY) Clients on Monthly Retainers

• Clients under a contractual monthly retainer agreement are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• Suppose a client fails to substantially perform any contract provision (including failure to make payments). In that case, Alter New Media LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract with written notice.
• Clients have 15 days from the notice date to resolve issues before contract termination.
• Refunds will not be issued if documentation supports our fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• DFY retainer clients will have additional terms and conditions outlined in their specific service contracts. These contracts typically span six months or longer based on mutual agreements. All other services default to this policy’s refund and cancellation terms.

Publicist in a Box Subscription

• This service is month-to-month and can be canceled with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after billing has commenced.

One-Time & Custom Services

• Payments for one-time strategy sessions, consulting, or custom services are final and non-refundable.
• If an error on our part prevents service fulfillment, we may issue a credit or alternative resolution. Refunds will not be issued.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Clients agree to first contact Alter New Media LLC before initiating chargebacks.
• Chargebacks must be accompanied by a detailed written explanation and supporting documentation.
• Alter New Media LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing necessary documentation to payment processors.
• Clients initiating chargebacks in bad faith may be subject to account suspension or termination.

7. Legal & Export Restrictions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Alter New Media LLC does not provide services to businesses that engage in illegal or restricted activities.

8. Promotions & Discounts

• Alter New Media LLC’s promotions, discounts, or trials are subject to its terms and conditions.
• The terms of promotions will be disclosed at the time of the offer, and the expiration dates and eligibility requirements will be clearly defined.

9. PCI Compliance & Security

• Alter New Media LLC processes all transactions through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors (Stripe, QuickBooks Payments, PayPal, etc.).
• All customer payment data is encrypted and securely processed. Alter New Media LLC does not store credit card information.
• Our website and payment portals use secure HTTPS connections to protect customer data from unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Alter New Media LLC retains ownership of intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
• Licensing rights for creative assets, strategies, or campaigns will be specified in client agreements.
• Clients may not resell, modify, or distribute our deliverables without permission.

11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information.
• NDAs may be required for specific engagements.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Alter New Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Clients acknowledge that we do not guarantee specific results.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
