Las Vegas, NV – July 31, 2025 – The spotlight was on at Myron’s inside The Smith Center for the Performing Arts as the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association (LVIMA) hosted Lights, Strategy, Action: Digital Technology & Planning Day. The half-day event blended Hollywood-style energy with marketing innovation, bold creativity, and a commitment to community impact.

Big Ideas on Center Stage

From the moment doors opened at 1:30 p.m., attendees were immersed in the cinematic theme. A custom AI-generated movie trailer created by Ben Laifsky, Hunter Marketing, set the tone, underscoring how storytelling and technology are rapidly converging in the marketing world. The afternoon’s educational sessions ran from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., spotlighting bold campaigns, breakthrough technologies, and strategies that are reshaping how brands connect with audiences. The energy stayed high through the evening with a wrap party featuring an open bar and light bites—turning insight into celebration.

Keynote Highlight: Lynn Casey

The day’s keynote featured Lynn Casey, futurist, trend expert, cultural cartographer, and founder of Shine Scout. Known for her ability to “connect the dots before others even know they are there,” Casey delivered a captivating talk on decoding human behavior and anticipating cultural shifts.

With a client roster that includes DreamWorks, Coca-Cola, Xbox, and General Mills, she showed how empathy, data, and narrative can work together to fuel bold creative strategies. Attendees left energized, with new tools for aligning strategy and creativity in an ever-changing media landscape.

Each year, LVIMA uses its platform to spotlight a nonprofit partner. For 2025, the spotlight shone on Dress for Success Southern Nevada, an organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence. Through professional attire, career development, and ongoing support, the nonprofit equips women with both confidence and opportunity.

During the event, Dress for Success representatives shared how their programs break cycles of poverty and open pathways to lasting success. Attendees were encouraged to donate, mentor, and champion the mission.
